As a culinary artist with a passion for food, Chef Brian Jensen has honed his craft throughout parts of his home state of Wisconsin, most notably the Chippewa Valley and Door County. Possessing a genuine gift for food preparation coupled with sincere enthusiasm for his craft, Personal Chef Brian Jensen gives recipes soul. For the past 20 years, Chef Brian Jensen has honed his craft in all different aspects of the hospitality industry. Coordinating numerous private events and in-home gatherings with a high regard for personal touch and service. He provides a full culinary food and beverage service for small intimate functions and private gatherings. My goal is to meet with each client individually, in their home or where the event will be. Being able to get
together in the space is essential to designing the best menu for your group as well as visualize the space
and equipment to utilize in making sure the experience goes off without a hitch. Most of the food will be
prepped in a seperate licensed kitchen, then transported and finished in your home. Leave the cooking
and cleaning to us. Flexibility is sometimes needed in working with the confines of certain spaces and
sometimes lack of equipment. But I will always do my best to accommodate. Parties of up to 15 people is
preferred for plated-sit down dinners. Booking out minimum 3 weeks in advance is required for organizing. Other larger casual appetizer and cocktail events can be available
with enough notice and more of a case by case basis. I am open to working with you on making your event a success regardless, it just takes some planning and patience for all the moving parts required. <\/p>

Creating a catering event can be quite complicated for a person with no culinary background. Personal Chef Brian Jensen will lead you through all of the process that can be for elaborate large events (weddings, etc), or something smaller scale. Personal Chef Brian Jensen and his team follow the motto: Quality over quantity. For that reason his catering events are offered to parties under 100 people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
